Brad and I enjoyed our lunch with Metermen: Jeff, Brad, and Matt the Monday after the 2010 Arkansas Meter School in Fayetteville, AR. We went to one of the three "Penguin Ed's BBQ" restaurants [the one way out west - on Wedington] You can also find a tie-dyed t-shirt with the phrase: "Peace, Love, and BBQ" or purchase a "Keep Fayetteville Funky" bumper sticker or mug. The extensive menu with a variety of BBQ favorites was impressive. The quaint decor showcased an eclectic collection of penguins in various forms throughout the place. Before lunch however, we took a tour of their facilitiy & meter shop.
