Training Programs

 

PowerMate Training Program: Understanding how to use the 330A and its associated software to verify instrument rated meter installations and how to download data for engineering department's review. This is an on-site training program for groups <5 or an individual.  Field instruction includes 'on-site' verification testing for actual customer loads and includes summary reports of the findings. Total class and field instruction is approximately 16-32 hours. 

 

OTHER ELECTRICAL TRAINING PROGRAMS DELIVERED:

Created, developed, and facilitated training of electrical concepts, mathematical and metering principles to apprentice and journeyman linemen, estimators, and substation personnel.

Coordinated with 3rd party professionals to provide training for Relay Technicians, Communication Technicians, Substations Journeymen, Dispatchers and Electrical Engineers.

Created meter safety training program and delivered to non-craft field personnel.

Designed and delivered high level training of electrical principles and metering concepts for call center agents and managers to effectively assist customers with their inquiries about energy consumption, demand metering, and resolution of high energy usage.

Instructor at the annual Northwest Electric Meter School (Seattle, WA) for apprentice and journeyman metermen 13 years running - Facilitating 3-phase Labs, Teaching metering principles and complex electrical concepts.
